Kenedi Doucet

Kenedi began dancing when she was 2 at the Shirley McPhail School of Dance. She began dancing competitively when she was 6 with the Energy Dance Company for 2 years, and then became a member of Rise Dance Company for 7 years. Kenedi was involved with dance at Murchison Middle School and Anderson High School. She was on the Junior Belles Dance Team and served as captain in 8th grade and was a Trojan Belle at Anderson. Kenedi was chosen as the dance aide for the Newbie Belles her junior year, and continued this in her senior year with the addition of working with the Junior Belles.

After graduating from Anderson in May of 2019, Kenedi spent her summer traveling around Texas as a part of the Crowd Pleasers Dance Staff. Through this she was able to teach many drill teams football and pep rally routines. In the fall of 2019, she began her freshman year at The University of Texas at Austin. Within her first few weeks at UT, she became a member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority and the Roustabouts Dance Company. She’s thrilled that she’s able to continue dancing, teaching, and performing even after high school!
